Meander along smaller roads, moving from one vibrant waterhole to the next, all in pursuit of extraordinary wildlife sightings throughout the day. As the sun begins to set, arrive at your campsite, where you can unwind for two nights in this stunning natural haven. After a day filled with photography opportunities, you'll have the chance to review and showcase your remarkable pictures. As you gather for dinner, your knowledgeable guide will share fascinating insights gathered from years of experience—information you won’t find in any travel book—making your journey truly enriching.
After an early breakfast, set off to Etosha National Park to maximize wildlife viewing potential. Have your camera and your binoculars ready. Your unforgettable experience is about to start. Later in the day, as the sun sets, bid farewell to the abundant wildlife and head back to your campsite. Enjoy one last cozy evening by the campfire, taking the opportunity to gaze at the constellations, which remind you of the calming effect that the animals and surroundings have on you.
The next day, begin your trip back to Windhoek. Pass through the mining town of Tsumeb and then across the picturesque farmlands toward Otjiwarongo. Make a brief one-hour stop at the Cheetah Conservation Fund to gain insight into their mission to protect endangered species.
Continuing your journey toward Windhoek, pass through Okahandja, where you can pause at a wood carving market to find some final souvenirs or mementoes. Arrive in Windhoek in the early afternoon.
