The Swakopmund Guesthouse which was a holiday home for the owner family is a bed and breakfast that offers unsurpassed accommodation.
There are four standard rooms, seven luxury rooms and one family suite. Rooms are fitted with top of the line crisp, white linen sheets, en-suite bathrooms, wallpaper in a relaxing ocean motif and soft cream walls decorated with artsy beach pebbles. All rooms are also equipped with a minibar, television, a safe for guests' valuables and a coffee/tea station.
The Swakopmund guesthouse is very eco-friendly and makes use of solar energy.
Activities that can be enjoyed include sand-boarding, quad biking, parasailing (depending on the weather), sea kayaking, horse riding, a visit to the aquarium, camel rides, dolphin cruises and fishing. Fish that can be caught include Kabeljou, Steenbras, Galjoen, Garrick and many more. There is always an experienced skipper and a guide on board to assist guests.
