Kramersdorf Guesthouse
Swakopmund
Named after one of Swakopmund’s oldest suburbs which is situated just east of the centre of town.
The suburb is popular with the locals because it has more sunshine than the suburbs located closer to ocean which tend to be quite misty.
You can reach centre of town in 15 minutes on foot and in 5 additional minutes you are at the beach.
You will find an abundance of shops and restaurants along the way.
In addition to four double rooms and one luxury room we also have two family rooms available with three or four beds respectively.
We can also supply a baby cot on request.
Come visit us with the entire family and feel right at home in our family friendly accommodation in Swakopmund.
Kramersdorf Guesthouse is a family owned and operated guesthouse in the quaint little town of Swakopmund on the central coast of Namibia.
It is well known for its historic German architecture. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Namib Desert Swakopmund has a uniquely mild coastal climate throughout the year.
A wide variety of tourist attractions make Swakopmund one of Namibia’s most popular destinations.
It is a ‘must see’ on every Namibia-Tour-Itinerary.
Robert Becker, born in Namibia, has fulfilled a long-standing dream with the guesthouse.
After successful apprenticeship years with the Marriott Chain in Frankfurt/Germany he gained several years of experience in the hotel industry all over the world.
Among others in far away places like New Zealand and Bahrain. The longing brought him back to Namibia. After short outliers into other professional sectors, he is now back with his true passion, the guest business.
Kramersdorf Guesthouse was completely renovated and refurnished in 2018 and opened its doors to the public on August 1, 2018.
