  • Allow approximately 1–2 hours for the complete hike, including the return. The route visits the Rock Arch and Bushman’s Paradise, where the San rock paintings are believed to be more than 4,000 years old. Expect uneven rocky ground and a short chain-assisted approach to the paintings. Wear sturdy hiking shoes and comfortable clothing, and bring water, a hat, sunscreen and a daypack. Share any concerns about mobility or heights before the trip so your guide can assess suitability. Do not touch the rock paintings.
