Onguma The Fort

Onguma The Fort overlooks the beautiful scarceness which is the Etosha Pans, dotted with wild animals and tons of Camelthorn trees. Upon arrival at The Fort, guests can immediately see a huge tower and also amazing views toward Etosha and Fisher's Pan. The Fort has an authentic African feel with a dash of Moroccan and Indian influences.

Accommodation at The Fort consists of 12 mini suites which are all adjacent to the main fort. All mini suites are completely private and are about 50m apart from one another. The mini suites are equipped with a bar fridge, telephone and an air cooling system to combat the heat. The bathroom is exquisite and spacious and has both an indoor and outdoor shower area. Every room has wooden decks leading guests toward the outdoor seating area where sun loungers are set up for guests to relax upon.

There is one Sultan suite inside the main tower of the main complex. This has a large and impeccable designed bedroom leading into a lounge area and private viewing deck. The lounge is equipped with a satellite television system, a bar fridge and telephone, there is also an air cooling system to temper the heat. The large bathroom in the suite has an open shower area as well as a bath.
