The Namibia Water Corporation or NamWater is a parastatal in Namibia. It is wholly owned by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Government of Namibia. The company employs over 600 workers across the country.

Service functions are mainly centralised whilst operations and maintenance are decentralised in four regions, namely; North West , North east, South and Central. A Senior Manager heads each region. Regions are further subdivided into 10 area offices each headed by an Area Manager. These are situated in Ruacana, Oshakati.
